Masihidarshan may make its content available through live television, websites, mobile applications, social media, streaming platforms, and other digital channels.

You agree to use Masihidarshan services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You must not:

• Attempt to damage, disable, disrupt, or interfere with Masihidarshan services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, applications, or accounts
• Use our services for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
• Copy or commercially exploit protected Masihidarshan content without authorization
• Circumvent security or access restrictions

Masihidarshan Patreon is an opportunity for people who believe in the vision and work of Masihidarshan to voluntarily support its ongoing work through recurring payments.

When you become a Masihidarshan Patreon, you choose an available amount or plan and authorize recurring payments according to the billing frequency displayed before confirmation.

Your Masihidarshan Patreon amount can help Masihidarshan continue and expand its work, including areas such as:

• Television and digital broadcasting
• Christian content production
• Streaming and technology infrastructure
• Website and mobile applications
• Equipment and software
• Media production
• Team and operational expenses
• Outreach and promotion
• Expansion of Masihidarshan services

Becoming a Masihidarshan Patreon is voluntary.

By becoming a Masihidarshan Patreon and confirming a recurring payment, you authorize the applicable payment gateway or financial service provider to automatically process the selected amount according to the billing frequency displayed to you.

The recurring subscription will continue until you cancel it.

You are responsible for reviewing the amount, frequency, and payment information before confirming your Masihidarshan Patreon subscription.

Unless otherwise stated when you subscribe, your Masihidarshan Patreon subscription will automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle.

You do not need to manually make the payment every billing cycle where an active recurring payment authorization is in place.

If you no longer wish to continue, you must cancel your recurring Masihidarshan Patreon subscription.

You may cancel your Masihidarshan Patreon recurring subscription at any time through the cancellation option made available to you or by contacting Masihidarshan for assistance.

Once cancellation has been successfully processed, future recurring charges under that subscription will stop, subject to applicable payment-provider processing timelines.

Cancellation does not ordinarily reverse a payment that has already been successfully processed.

Payments successfully processed toward a Masihidarshan Patreon subscription are generally non-refundable because they are voluntarily made to support the ongoing work of Masihidarshan.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where Masihidarshan verifies an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized technical transaction.

Becoming a Masihidarshan Patreon does not create any ownership, equity, investment, employment, agency, partnership, or financial interest in Masihidarshan.

Masihidarshan Patreon is not an investment product, and no financial return, profit, interest, ownership, or financial benefit is promised.

Unless otherwise stated, Masihidarshan logos, branding, original broadcasts, videos, graphics, designs, written materials, applications, website content, and other original materials are owned by or appropriately licensed to Masihidarshan.

Masihidarshan content may be viewed and used for personal and lawful purposes.

Protected content may not be reproduced, sold, commercially distributed, modified, rebroadcast, republished, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Certain content appearing through Masihidarshan may belong to third-party copyright owners and remains subject to their respective rights.

Masihidarshan aims to provide reliable television, streaming, website, and application services.

However, continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted because of maintenance, internet connectivity, power failures, server problems, third-party outages, upgrades, broadcasting issues, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Masihidarshan may introduce, modify, discontinue, or restructure Masihidarshan Patreon plans, amounts, features, or associated services.

Where required by applicable law or payment rules, relevant changes affecting an existing recurring payment will be communicated or require appropriate authorization.

Masihidarshan may use third-party payment gateways, hosting providers, app stores, streaming services, analytics providers, social platforms, and other technology providers.

Use of those third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Masihidarshan primarily provides Christian ministry, biblical teaching, broadcasting, spiritual encouragement, and faith-based content.

Content made available through Masihidarshan should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Masihidarshan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, applications, broadcasts, or related services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Masihidarshan may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary due to changes in services, technology, operations, payment systems, or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published on the appropriate Masihidarshan platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the registered place of operation of Masihidarshan, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
